Effective with open enrollment/new plan year, 4/1/10, PHS has made the decision to switch Health Plan vendors for MN and WI, from Blue Cross/Blue Shield to Medica/United Health Care. (Iowa sites are currently covered under separate plans.) Open enrollment meetings will be held at sites, and the attached notice was sent outlining the employee advantages coming with the change:

Medica Links are posted below so you may go now, in advance of the change, to verify which network your provider is in (Choice or Elect), and to check to see whether or not the prescription drugs you are currently taking are included in the abridged Medica Formulary:
